Gamorrean Guards are visible throughout Jabba's Palace and the Sail Barge. We're not going to worry about their individual identities, because it's almost impossible to tell them apart. We're just going to focus on what appears to be at least 2 distinct Gamorreans (or one very well traveled Gamorrean) in the Sarlacc Pit Battle.

Sail Barge Interior: A Gamorrean Guard is visible just over C-3PO's shoulder:
Exterior: Before the battle begins, we can see a Gamorrean Guard walking around on the deck of the Sail Barge:
Interior: In the initial panic of the battle, we see a Gamorrean Guard knock C-3PO down in a rush to get outside:
On a side note, check out that awesome relief of Jabba the Hutt with several slave girls:
Exterior: A Gamorrean Guard and Wooof are seen running towards the back of the Sail Barge. This takes place several seconds after the interior Gamorrean knocks C-3PO over, so we can only assume that it's the same guard:
Exterior: The footage of Wooof and the Gamorrean is actually played again and again, except shot from different angles and possibly different takes. This gives the impression that the deck of the Sail Barge is a constant flurry of activity throughout the battle:
Exterior: Wooof and the Gamorrean spend most of their time removing a large tarp off of the heavy blaster cannon that Luke and Leia will eventually use to destroy the Sail Barge:
Interior: Leia decides to add to the pandemonium and shorts out the Barge's electrical systems. You can see a panicked Gamorrean Guard on the left side of these screenshots. This is most likely the same guard seen in the very first screenshot:
Exterior: The guards finally get the heavy cannon ready to go, but suddenly have more pressing matters to attend to:
You can see the dead body of Vizam on the far right of these shots:
It always seemed like the Gamorrean got sliced in half here, but of course that would definitely be pushing the boundaries of the PG rating:
