The Skrilling Driver of the Second Skiff is mostly only visible in the film with his back to the camera. He stays behind the controls of the Skiff; but he is also visible inside Jabba's Palace earlier in the movie.

Pote Sniktin is primarily seen in long shots (mostly from behind); but being the largest of the Skiff Guards, plus the fact that he never leaves his station, makes him easy to spot during the battle:

It appears that Pote Snitkin didn't actually fall off the Skiff when killed by Luke. Here you can see the top of his head leaning against the inside of the back of the Skiff:

Jabba's Palace:
In the Special Edition of ROTJ, Pote Snitkin is visible at the end of the first dance number (the one that we only see the very end of) standing behind Yarna D'al' Gargan, this is just before the big CG musical number gets started:
