One of the most prominent and easily visible of the Skiff Guards, yet we have no identity for him other than his job description. Not exactly sure what a Skiff Master's duties entail, but we can be pretty sure that NOT allowing your prisoners to escape and slaughter all of your guards would be pretty high up on the list. So, if he had survived the battle, then we could rest assured that he would have definitely scored a "needs improvement" in that area of his performance review.

The original Weequay mask. The pierced nose suggests that this mask was used for the Weequay Skiff Master. This mask was reused for Ak-Rev in the 1997 Return of the Jedi: Special Edition. It was also used extensively in the Prequels:
